Do you love homemade pizzas and are you looking for ideas for your next creation ? We have a great original recipe for you! No more tomato base, here it's cream of courgette base for a homemade and healthy pizza ! So heat up MARCEL or LULU and prepare your pizza kit, we'll deliver all the steps.
The ingredients you need :
Pizza dough, ready-made or homemade, as you wish.
For the courgette cream :
- 1 courgette, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 basil leaves
- 10g of pine nuts
- salt
- pepper
For the garnish :
- 1/2 yellow courgette
- 1/2 aubergine, diced
- a few cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 red onion cut into strips
- a little grated mozzarella
- 4 slices of spicy spinata.

Preparation of the pizza :
In an ovenproof dish, or directly on your plancha, place the diced courgettes and aubergines, add salt and pepper and a dash of olive oil. Bake for about twenty minutes at 180°C.
At the same time, brown the diced green courgettes for about ten minutes, still on your plancha or in a well-oiled pan.
In a blender, add the diced courgettes, olive oil, basil and pine nuts and blend. Once well blended, season with salt and pepper.
Then comes the best part: the pizza's layout !
Spread a layer of the courgette cream, place the toppings on top and that's it !
Then place your pizza on the pizza stone and cook on the barbecue with your cooking dome until the dough is crispy.
Once cooked, finish with burrata cheese and a few basil leaves.
